How It All Began...

Owner and CEO, Mandy-Lee Melski moved to Sydney from Digby, NS, in March of 2000, after graduating from Digital Animation in Truro, NS. She accepted a job at a local Animation studio-Helix Digital Inc.- creating cartoons for television!

The Digby, NS native was eventually laid off, when contracts lessened, but she remained in the industry and in Sydney, where she settled down and started a family. She taught digital animation through distance education for a number of years. Then Mandy-Lee decided she also wanted to become a chocolatier and founded Heavenly Sweet Creations on February 12th of 2013! It's been a side-gig for all these years, until now!
